"Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, lots of complementary drinks and food (high tea/mini bar), pool is excellent and very clean. Excellent air con, rooms are massive and kept very clean. Food very good and good variety, nice mocktails. Would highly recommend, best 5 star hotel I have stayed at so far. Only very small comment would be that service for food was a little slow at lunch time and the bar seems a bit of a waste of space - I never saw anyone in it, we would have gone in to sit and play cards or something in the evening but we were not allowed as we had a baby. If they made it a seating place for all, I think it would be used more. "

"Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants across road . It's very close to main attraction of shore temple. Highly recommended for families and they can be great with few changes "

"This is mostly tailored for Business travel and not for personal travel. Welcome Experience: 1 Star When we reach hotel, we were only one check-in. Staff was not welcoming and only focused on their requirement and did not even offer water. Facility: 3 stars Facility is ok but not at all maintain, pool area was very dirty with bird pop all over. Food: 3 Star Food was ok but service was not good. In Room tea was terrible, we have to return twice and finally gave up. Local shop outside had better tea. Overall: 1 star Staff are untrained and facility is not maintained properly. "
