"It is a charming place, clean, quiet with an added bonus of a beautiful garden. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, I wish we could stay longer. I would suggest putting a chair in the room and changing parking description, it was misleading. But these are minor, didn't take away anything from the stay. When we are in Richmond again we will definitely stay in Linden Row."

"10 outta 10!! If you’re looking for a cheap hotel with large,clean rooms and everything functioning,located right next-door to the Kroger supermarket, with a great staff this is it! And if you have any problems, please talk to the staff they will quickly help with whatever you need. No need to leave bad reviews, just get help from the front desk and everything will be solved! I even extended my stay. Great stay! Front lobby is a hoot. Personality plus!! "
