"The paving from the parking area up to the hotel entrance was quite uneven, wirh one dropped kerb onto a steep path that was covered in a light dusting of snow. The receptionist was very pleasant upon arriving. Smiling and greeting us. Although we arrived via a late flight, we could have liked a porter to assist with our baggage to the room, or a luggage trolley, especially as the carpeted corridors made it difficult for our suitcase wheels to traverse. The room was very well designed and decorated beautifully. Lighting wasn't quite bright enough though. The coffee in the room was terrible. We wouldn't give that to our worst enemies. We found it to be one of the most disgusting drinks to have ever tasted."
