"We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandaway. It was quiet and peaceful in a wonderful spot, right on the water, next to the yacht club. We loved walking around Oxford, a quaint and historic little town. A quick strolling over to the Market for breakfast sandwiches and the Social Cafe for great espresso based coffees and pastries. "The property was beautiful and conveniently located between Baltimore and DC, not far from Annapolis. The owners were VERY helpful. It was very easy to access the property. (Sometimes we've had trouble finding the entrance or getting locks to work - no problems here what so ever) We had use of kayaks and paddle boards for the river, which was great for my teenage son. The owners gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The property is in a walkout basement which you access via a path....

"An absolutely beautiful, architecturally fascinating, spotlessly clean, well stocked home with views that go on for literally miles. We spent a late winter weekend there with a fire roaring in the fireplace and mussels on the stove. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and very attentive. Highly recommended. One of the best experiences we've ever had in home rentals! "

"We pulled up to The Wylder on Tilghman Island and immediately was taken back with its charm and character of the entire property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We met Lauren in reception and she was great! We spent time at Ticklers and enjoying the amenities of the property. We appreciate how dog friendly this resort is, since we love to travel with our dog. As a first time visit to the Island and Wylder, we have felt so welcome and will be planning another visit back soon! "

Exceptional!!!

"When i say this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, i truly mean it!! The staff at the front desk were exceptional, pleasant and extremely accommodating. The room was extremely clean which stuck out because I've stayed at competing hotels and they didn't rise to this level of cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable, flooring was solid with no bubbles or sliding of any kind. Springhill Suites by Marriott have earned a loyal customer whenever i travel. "

"Our stay here was excellent. The highlight was arguably the check-in, where we were surprised with a birthday welcome, as well as a little onesie for our soon to arrive baby girl. This was a birthday/baby moon trip and we shared this info prior to arrival, and the staff was incredible in providing us with the warmest welcome we've ever had. We will definitely be back. "
