"We received the literature before arriving. the VRBO write up indicated that the office was open until 8pm for check in. We arrived and we couldn't get through the gate because we didn't have a code and the office was closed. We phoned the owner and didn't get a response. Someone let us through and then we had to go down numerous streets until we found the sight and got the keys from the door. We were not informed that the cottage was at trailer located in a trailer park and 3 streets away from...
