"Wow! What a place! My wife and I take this trip every year and after four years of new properties I think we found our forever getaway home!Where to start? The house is fantastically laid out with a beautiful fireplace (and plenty of firewood) in a room with nothing but windows overlooking the valley and mountains in the background where you can relax and watch the sunset. "If you are looking for a secluded getaway but still close to the nearest attractions this is the place. We had a wonderful stay. The host is attentive to all your needs. The cabin has everything you need."

"The location is amazing and as described. However, upon arrival hours past check-in the host didn't know I was coming and had yet to provide check-in info. Luca, the host, said she needed 15 minutes to ready things in addition to the "uh, who are you?" greeting. During my stay there were multiple impolite interactions. My favorite was that I needed to drive to town to get dry firewood to run the only source of heat, the wood stove."

"Perfect cabin close to a bunch of New Yorks state parks, very clean with a nice large kitchen tons of room for my my eife and I and our 3 kids, the single beds are all in an open loft which just meant we had to keep it quiet once the kids went to bed. Our only complaint were the king and queen beds squeak a lot, like just rolling around in your sleep they are noisy. So if we stayed more then 2 nights I could see that being an issue but otherwise we’d live to go back for another weekend and do...

"Amazing little cabin nestled in the woods! 🙂 Beautiful property and the structure itself is super cool to check out. You can tell every log was cut by hand with little personal touches added here and there over the years . It has Everything ya need and nothin ya don't. Its perfect. Beth and Chris we're extremely helpful with everything from check-in instructions to answering any questions I had and even giving me a history of the cabin upon check out. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will be back !"

"We loved this property! Close enough to Ithaca and the hikes we wanted to do. House is even nicer than pictured! Beautiful patio area where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and a firepit each night. House was super clean. Owner responded to questions quickly. No negatives to report!"

"We stayed in this wonderful rustic hunting lodge with a group of 7 adults. Pete and Sherry were attentive hosts and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Located about 30 minutes from Ithica, it’s on 30 acres so very private. The memorabilia from 30 years of hunting expeditions and events held at their event hall were very cool. We’d definitely recommend and stay again."

"Our group had a great stay here, the home is more beautiful than the pictures. Watkins Glen was only ~20 minutes away. We didn't get the chance to go down to the lake but the view was great. "It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "
