"The hotel is very close to Ras El Ma within a few minutes walk and with beautiful street leading to the waterfall mentioned above. It looks nice outside but in my room you can smell the sewer leaking from somewhere in the bathroom. Both rooms in my unit were very cold and only one heater working (it was only 6 Celsius that night) I booked 2 nights for my stay but when I arrived they said there was only one night available. "

"Hello , i booked already in this hotel and everything is paid i went there me and my friend then they told us that there is no reservation i told them no way i waited 30 mins then i typed my name in the staff computer i found my reservation then the girl told us that sorry they don't deal with Booking online they want money cash i said i already paid how can i get refund now and i need to rest i just traveled more than 5 hours , they were too much bad and i'm still asking about my money back...

Happy to have our choice of rooms upon arrival, and concierge-like service for a dinner recommendation. The parking is easy, as was the driving in and out. Breakfast was very delightful.
