"First off, it's a two-story penthouse overlooking the falls. So it's great. I don't know the square footage, but the property is quite large. Would make a nice place to entertain a group of 20 for an evening if need be. The host Lenny is good communicator. Remember to tell the check in staff that you rented the penthouse via VRBO. "This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The reception staff was very polite and friendly and the room was very clean and very spacious and comfortable. We didn't use the fitness center but I looked in and it appeared clean and very well equipped with numerous machines as well as hand weights. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had and the kitchen staff were happy and friendly. Even the maintenance staff we happened to meet in the elevator seemed happy so this location of Homewood Suites is definitely doing something right! "
