Weather allowed us to be outside for cornhole and ladder ball during the afternoon and beautiful campfires at night ! None of our group had anything negative to say about any of our stay . "With a vineyard and garden in the backyard this house is perfect. We were able to watch restoration of the lighthouse across the street and had a wonderful view of Lake Erie. The house is also perfectly located for quick day trips to Buffalo, Niagara, and Chautauqua. "

Would recommend to future guests to bring kitchen paper products, garbage bags, and any spices you might need for cooking. Would definitely return. "

"I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. "

The house was so well equipped with anything or everything you could want or need. Beautiful sunsets down at the dock. Went to fall festival and visited Johnson winery.
