"There was nothing to like. When we drove up to the property we were concerned. We went in and right away we were worried the place was so dirty and run down. I had the picture of the room on Expedia and showed it to the manager and asked if they had one like it, he looked totally surprised and made a funny noise. Our room was gross. "Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and a relaxed vibe. Great access to the park. Brilliant opportunity for character meets. The pool and leisure facilities were spotless and very well equipped and very quiet during the daytime. We moved to another Disney hotel and the hotel took care of moving our luggage for us."
