"This is a beautiful property in an idyllic location with plenty of comfortable space for our family of 8. "We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area "

There are however a few things that would have made a vast improvement to the property considering the cost to rent. The sitting room could do with more and better seating. Considering this is for 4 people, 2 small sofas is not sufficient for evening comfort especially considering the dining area can accommodate 8 people.
