"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

Les salles de bain sont minimalistes et à rénover. La qualité des couchages est inégale. L’espace de vie est très sympathique mais nous ne savions pas que nous devions apporter notre bois pour la cheminée. Du bois à disposition aurait été le bienvenu. "Two level accomodation - kitchen & leisure areas on ground floor & sleeping upstairs. Lots of space to enjoy and relax. Fully equipped kitchen if you wish to self cater. Very close to restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and other services. It was a good base to explore the many areas of Burgundy."

"The house was lovely. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and perfect, fully enclosed garden, for our 2 dogs. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The house is in a tiny hamlet and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Cows and chickens for neighbours! Some lovely walks right out of the end of the drive.
