We planned to stay two nights but unfortunately our circumstances changed. The location is great for accessing the downtown area and the place itself was cute and clean. Micheal was an excellent host- very respectful and responsive.

Charlottetown is lovely
The apartment was clean and close to the main drag as well as walking distance to lovely Victoria Park.
The pull out couch in the living room was ok as a couch, but uncomfortable when pulled out into a bed. The bedroom was large and quiet though.
The host was very responsive and helpful and worked quickly to resolve an issue we had.
This property is in walking distance of the main street in Charlottetown, Queen Street. We were able to easily explore the town on foot. This location is in close proximity to various restaurants, bars and coffee places. There are also a number of stores to check out as well. We had 3 people in our party and there was room for all but I would not recommend more than that. Overall we were happy!
We loved our stay! This is a cute, comfortable place that is 2-4 blocks from everything you could want to do. There are the great restaurants, the stunning views from the downtown waterfront, and picturesque Victoria Park just around the corner. We didn't have a car during our trip and didn't need one. We had a couple of questions for the owner and he responded to everything within minutes. Even when we had canceled flights in our attempt to get home he worked with us right away to help out. Charlottetown is a beautiful place to get away to, this property/owner made our stay even more enjoyable!

Sketchy appearance
The bed and furniture were uncomfortable, like a teenager that just moved out of parents house and had found garage sale deals. Washer and dryer were a welcome amenity. Shower good. The outside needs paint and upkeep. The front outside door not easy. Otherwise fine.
It’s a great location..close to downtown and all attractions. The place was quaint but we found it too dark inside. The bed was very comfortable but the air conditioning unit in the window in the bedroom was very noise and we couldn’t find a way to keep in going continuously. Kitchen was very modern but we never really used it. We didn’t cook anything. The couch in the living room area was okay but we couldn’t find a pillow for it. Overall I would recommend this place for a 2-3 day stay but not longer.
The exterior of the house needs some love, but in the ways that really matter this home delivers. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice big shower with plenty of hot water. Toilet flushes with no problem. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in with spotless bedding and pillows. Nice sized kitchen. Well equipped. The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to everything. We did rent a car and toured the Island. The parking space at the back of the house was a bonus. We also saw the musical Maggie at the Confederation performing arts. Loved it!
Thank you Michael! We had a fabulous time! We’ll be back!
although the unit is a bit old but its convenient and clean and all supporting services are new and amazing, washing and drying machine, washroom, kitchen, internet, tv fridge and even minor accesories like batteries, towel, knapkins ,tissues. and garbage bags. strongly recommended for a group as a midway supporting stay to take a break like at home, cook some food and clean the dirty clothes before continue your journey.thanks.
So good and bad re this property. Good was the location, great walking distance to everything, comfortable bed, good sheets (important to me), well equipped kitchen. Bad was the windows all had damaged screens, holes everywhere, windows that wouldn’t open and the outside of property in terrible shape, front covered in weeds not mown, house covered in peeling paint etc. very old house, with dripping sounds in ceiling which kept us awake. So as I said, lots of good, lots of bad.
Very central location, and handy to everything. Loved the modern bathroom. Found the air conditioning very noisy, so we turned it off and had the windows open, which worked fine. Kitchen was well appointed. Couldn't work the tv, and found out later, that we needed a different remote. Would definitely stay there again!
Excellent place to stay very close to centre of Charlottetown. Mgr responsive to concerns. Fixed problems promptly. All in all, a very positive experience.
