We were greeted on arrival and we also were explained about how to shower the payment for parking out and given a code to make the charge half price. All the staff members we came across were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The customer service was exceptional. The hotel is clean, tidy with the rooms very spacious and the bed is so comfortable, has a fantastic sleep. The breakfast was delicious.
