The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "Our stay at Tea & Chill was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our relaxing meal on the balcony overlooking the well kept garden. The off street parking was convenient. Everything was true to the pictures and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again."

"All was perfect and pleasant! Except for the tub & shower… there was no curtain to contain the water inside the tub, so the floor got wet. "

"Spacious and very clean location. Amazing and kind host! A revitalizing area close to Paris. Had a subtle smell - of the 6 in our group only 2 of us noticed it. But it created some allergies for me. "

"The home was clean and ready when I arrived. Check in was easy and communication with the host was fast and easy. It's bit of a walk from shops, but that's what I wanted. And there's a bus stop within easy reach. I especially loved the little koi pond in front!I would stay here again."

"Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). The property manager provided a top-notch service always looking for our confort and needs. Thanks for let us stay at your place, it was a great one, and very well located for our plans. "The address (number of the House) was not communicated , thus , we were at the wrong house at first. But it was easily clarified and all correspondance was very quick and friendly. All other topics were correctly assigned. "

"Property was as described in a quiet location. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful. Ideal for what we needed, short drive to Pontoise train station which provided a frequent service to Paris centre - about 50 mins.on the train. Thanks to Florian and Farid for hosting us."

"No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"Was een heerlijk huis met 3 fijne slaapkamers. Wel wat kaal ingericht, maar voor een paar nachten een prima plek om te slapen. Wel heel vervelend dat er geen bakker in de nabije omgeving was, er zou er 1 moeten zitten maar die was gesloten in onze periode."
