We stayed at the Chania Elegance Suites for a week and really enjoyed our trip. The host Elvira met us upon arrival to show us around the apartment. There is a lock box for the keys in case she can’t meet you. It was very easy to coordinate with her via WhatsApp ahead of our trip and on the day of, she was also very responsive throughout our stay. She answered questions and shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, tours; and there is a digital welcome guide with further info. The apartment is brand new, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - kitchen utensils, toiletries, blow dryer, towels, safe, laundry room downstairs. We also received some souvenirs upon departure. There is good wifi and parking in an open garage (don’t have to worry about finding street parking). We visited old town and various beaches, so if you have a car, the location is very convenient, 10-20 minutes of driving to most destinations around old town and quieter than the bustling tourist area. Overall, it was a great experience, we would stay here again and I would highly recommend it to others.
