Good overall experience
The room was clean and bed was comfortable within standards. The room wasn’t bad but not great either. The biggest highlight was the staff. Very courteous if not friendly and helpful. Everyone was very professional and customer oriented. The access in and out to the parking was a living hell however. Something to really consider to anyone coming in with a rent-a-car.

Great hotel, great location, great ambiance, great staff! Thank you for everything. The hotel is in an area where it is very difficult to find parking. Despite this, it felt very good that they helped with the parking service. Each of the receptionists was friendly. Breakfast was quite sufficient. The room was very clean and the view was nice. At the moment, the construction next to the hotel can be evaluated negatively, but if you are not in the room all day long, this is not a problem. I can only make a negative comment on one issue. It is not possible to prevent water splashing out while taking a shower. The shower cabin should be a little longer. However, this does not change the fact that if I come to Chania again, I will want to stay in this hotel again. Thank you Arkadi. I am glad we chose you.

Hôtel très propre. Bruits de rue malgré la fenêtre fermée; Chambre inadaptée pour handicapé. Problème montée de marches pour la salle du petit déjeuner (la personne responsable ne savait pas se servir du fauteuil monte-escalier). Petit déjeuner copieux à volonté. Manque portes serviettes dans la salle de bains.

Dejligt hotel, 5 minutters gang fra havnen i Chania. Vi ankom sent om natten, hvilket ikke var et problem, idet receptionen var døgnåben. Fin morgenmad.
