"Service at the guste and hospitality department is not professional. I had them receiving some parcels for me, the guy working there seems rude and impatient. Condition is also not very satisfied, too old and air conditioner is not working well."

"I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the better and valued hotel I've experienced in Changzhou. Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office.
