Additionally, the room itself could benefit from better maintenance to enhance the overall guest experience. "All the staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The taxi stand is conveniently located just outside the hotel and the beaches are very close by. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing with different veg and non-veg options everyday . Will definitely return here soon. "

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. "A warm welcome and goodbye. The family owned property is well-managed with onsite English speaking staff 24/7, who provide advice & guidance and can arrange transport etc. It’s a 20 min walk to the local beach or 45 min to Benaulim beach. The town centre is an easy 10 minute walk with numerous dining options and minimarts. The rooms are large with washing machine, fridge, TV, kettle etc. The bathroom is small and in need of refreshing plus a shower curtain would help. There is a small terrace...

"When we arrived they did not have our booking and did not have the room we booked available. We stayed overnight in a room which would been better described as a cell ! No window . When we went for breakfast nothing offered! We did not stay any longer."

Wonderful two week stay

"Two wonderful weeks stay, the hotel is a perfect location and wonderful pool area. The rooms are very comfortable and good shower, The staff are wonderful a special shout out to the following staff that really were exceptional Esha who looked after us every day at breakfast, Arun who recommended lots of local food to try. Waris and Royston were very accommodating. Also Nikita and Vabrham always smiling and chatting. The breakfast selection of food was excellent so much to try something different each day. The shuttle to the beach was good to have we only used once but good for the older people to get to the beach. Rai the security man always smiling and we chatted to each day when we left the hotel and came back. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel"
