"This is a gem of a hotel located in the heart of the historic area of Granada. It is not close to the train station or the airport, but everything else is within walking distance. The unobstructed view from our room (33) was the Alhambra. The room was a little small but comfortable, quiet and clean. The bathroom was large. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. We ate at two good restaurants: Ossubuco, which is next to the hotel, and Estrella’s de San Nicolas high up in the Albaicin but only a 12 minute walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend Palacio de Santa Ines if you want to be in the heart of Granada."

"Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah on the front desk. She went out of her way to ensure we were fully briefed on the things to do and places to go. One of our plans was to see a flamenco show in a cave and Sarah advised which one was the best and also booked the show for us. It was sensational and Sarah took the hassle of choosing which show to go to away from us. She also arranged and booked the right option for a trip to the famous Alhambra. We chose valet parking at this venue and that too was seamless with Jose dealing with everything. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good and the lady who looked after that was very pleasant and efficient at keeping everything clean and replenished. Granada was a great city to visit and if we were ever to go back, we wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel."

"Awesome little hotel in the old center of Granada, near Plaza Nueva. Walking distance from Alhambra, and from many tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, that were able to make great recommendations for flamenco shows, plant based restaurants and tours. The room was very clean; modern and sleek and had a little balcony with views of Alhambra. Great place to stay and would definitely come back!"
