There were only a few plates-- we kept having to hand wash everything. No salt/pepper, no coffee at all, no sugar-- these are basics we find in every other VRBO-style rental. This apartment had nothing but an empty (and not clean) olive oil carafe. We had to make the bed ourselves-- not the end of the world but not very welcoming....
