"The hotel is very central in Champéry but what makes this hotel so good is the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness should be the aim of every other hotel staff - I can’t speak highly enough about them all. "

The only disappointment was that we were not aware their restaurant was closed during that weekend, although we much looked forward to dining there based on the good reviews we saw!"

"Weather was perfect, the location is amazing. You do not need a car as the train station is next fo the hotel and the village has superb transport to get around to the mountains and restaurants. Everything is close enough to walk within 10 mins and the view is breathtaking being surrounded by mountains."
