This property has a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.

No Swimming Waiver - Guests agree and acknowledge that swimming in or around the lake adjacent to the property is strictly prohibited. By accepting this agreement, guests waive and release the property owner from all liability for injuries, damages, or loss caused by any unauthorized swimming or water-related activities. Guests assume full responsibility for any consequences of ignoring this rule and agree to inform all members of their party of this prohibition.

3. Absolutely no parties. The house is meant to sleep and house six people; that is the maximum allowed in the house at one time.

5. Please respect the space and maintain it well throughout your stay, as it will be enjoyed by others in the future.
6. No swimming or wading in the lake.
