"Location was great, beautiful area. But be aware the shady areas are just few blocks away. Only fault, not of the hotel, another guest was smoking in the unit next to us. The smoke was in the hallway. We were there in early Dec. Note- there is no AC if you are travelling in the summer months. "

"We had to move 1 of the rooms because of the smell. Both rooms were down market and dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridors as well. Sound proofing was poor so we were kept awake by shouting and arguments in other rooms. Parking was supposed to be an option but when we arrived they told us it had to be booked at least 15 days in advance. So we had to leave the car on a dodgy street round the corner. "Our first time in Paris and I booked this based on such positive reviews and it worked in our favour! We arrived in Paris via EuroStar so this was only a 15 min taxi (in traffic) ride. A quieter area, but very close to grocery stores and little restaurants! The kitchenette was a game changer. "So happy with this choice of apartment! The customer service was impeccable, thank you to Alexis for being so responsive and helpful. We were able to store our bags early which was so appreciated. The apartment was a classic Parisian loft with a full kitchen, including laundry. We walked everywhere from here. Everything was very smooth, highly recommend!! "

"It was a great experience. The room was clean and has a kitchen with an oven and a macrowave oven, so we could buy some food in the market and eat at the room, making the trip much more cheaper. The metro is literally in front of the hotel. The girls at the reception speaks english very well and are very friendly. The cast dont speak english so if you need any assistance and you dont speam French you should ask to the reception (that is not 24/7). "
