"I decided to host my family and friends in a chateau in Champagne for my 50th birthday! I chose this one because it looked like it jumped off the page of a Brontë novel. After reading reviews and looking in a map, I wasn’t expecting anything near by. So we had planned to enjoy some time at the chateau, have a birthday party, then head out on day trips.
