"Patrick's home is a renovated farmhouse that has been lovingly restored. It has three good-sized bedrooms, all with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom downstairs. "The house is in a nice location. The open plan downstairs is very nice and the lounge area has been updated with new sofas and TV since the photos. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped, so easy to stay home and cook meals if you don't want to drive to eat out. The whole house was exceptionally clean. And the owner was very helpful. The only thing that let it down was the upstairs - The nice large shower room next to the master bedroom needs a toilet in it as the only upstairs...

"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."
