"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"We had a fantastic 5 days at this resort. Everything worked very well. Our room had a wonderful terrace/balcony, was spacious, clean with all the necessary amenities. The beach was a stone throw from our accommodation; sandy and a little rocky like all beaches in Mauritius. Food was very good, both the Indian and Italian buffets, as well as the a la carte. My only gripe is the cost of wine, which is true of all hotels in Mauritius. Many Brits/French and Russians. "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"Clean rooms, good range of food options which includes being able to dine at the golf club, neighbouring hotels and beach club (car shuttle from reception included). Kids pool heated and we needed it for an October trip. "
