The service in this hotel was excellent. the room was very clean and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was very good as well.

Chambéry is a cute little town and this hotel was great for a quick stay. Parking is easy and the breakfast was nice. Very good deal for people who need a cheap reliable option. The bunk bed is great for families.

Très agréable réceptionniste, alors qu’il était très tard au moment du check-in. Chambre parfaite, calme et très propre. J’ai merveilleusement dormi! Tout petit détail pour améliorer le tout: ajouter un balai à wc dans la salle de bain pour faciliter le travail du service d’entretien ;)

Assez déçue de mon expérience : insonorisation vraiment mauvaise, le matin à 9h la femme de ménage m’a réveillé en faisant le ménage dans les chambres voisines (et ce n’est pas sa faute), les portes étaient ouvertes donc c’était d’autant plus sonore, aspirateur etc, puis la femme de ménage est entrée dans ma chambre alors que j’avais mis l’écriteau de ne pas déranger !!! La sortie de chambre était jusqu’à midi donc vraiment c’est anormal ! Puis impossible de se reposer car il y avait des travaux dans l’hôtel toute la matinée, je n’entendais rien à cause des bruits de perceuse ! Bref très déçue …
