"It is a small but self-sufficient place for a couple visiting Paris. Check-in details were clear and easy to follow, the accommodation had everything we needed for a couple of nights, it was 5 min walk from Les Baconnets RER station which took us to the heart of Paris (Notre Dame) in less than 30 min, parking on the street was easy, so we would not hesitate to come back again!"

Die Lage und Umgebung sind, abgesehen von der Hauptstraße 15m vom Balkon entfernt, sehr ruhig. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gediegen, komplett umzäunt/ummauert und erweckt den Eindruck einer 5 Sterne Wohnanlage. Die Betten waren alle frisch bezogen. "Owner was happy to help us work through challenges getting on the WiFi and perhaps was his first time hosing a VRBO guest so initial instruction / communication will hopefully be better in the future. Had reasonable rules and expectations of his guest. Nice layout and well kept. Didn't see the air conditioner listed in the amenities which was the primary reason I booked, but there is a nice cross breeze if you open doors on either side of the apartment and I never asked about the AC."
