"This property was awesome. The location was great and the space and charm was very nice. We were only disappointed that only one bedroom had a TV. Please add Roku TVs to all rooms before our next visit. Also the downstairs tub drained really slow. We loved the sectional in the living room. Beds were very comfortable. It would be great if the deck to the hot tub reached the back door. We are already planning a summer trip back. Such a great place!"

"We had a fantastic time staying at this townhouse. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and went above and beyond to help with any needs that arose. There was plenty of space for my adult children, two grandchildren, and myself to be together without being on top of each other. And the view was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Cheat Lake/Morgantown area. "

Location was perfect and all of us ages 5 through 71 enjoyed the peaceful weekend we all needed. We could not have asked for a more beautiful house and location. "We were down to visit family in the area and stayed just for a night. It was spotless and easy to find. The only complaint would be the traffic that fliessss up the road and the house is pretty close to the road so having little kids there would not be feasible but the property was nice and beds were comfortable!!"

"We enjoyed this quaint cottage tucked away, but yet close enough to the main road. It was just the right size for a couples weekend and appointed with everything we needed for this trip. What a nice surprise to find the Winery just around the bend. After a long day of hiking ohiopyle and exploring falling water, it was nice to enjoy some music at the Winery and then head back to the cottage and make a fire in the fireplace. "My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "

"This is the cutest property, and the location is perfect! It’s right between a winery and a distillery. There are also food choices within walking distance. The hot tub and fire pit are icing on the cake. (The chairs by the fire pit need to be cleaned, but it’s a small detail that’s easily fixed). We will definitely be back!!!"
