"We really enjoyed our stay, very few complaints.The tap water has a strong rust smell & taste, which is common when on a well, but a couple of gallons of Spring water would be great! There were only three of us, so we each had our own bedroom, one of my criteria. Next trip to Ohiopyle, would probably go with something smaller. My son is planning a gathering of friends and is going to consider this property."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The home was well kept and clean. We utilized the spacious kitchen for cooking meals and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was the highlight! It was in good working order and hot when we arrived. The host even topped off the water for us during our stay upon our request! The cottage was conveniently located to Ohiopyle and the towns close by. We also loved that it was dog friendly and would definitely recommend!"

"The place is super cute and loved it in the middle of the woods. Brought a few of my employees and their families for a much needed weekend away. Bonding time. The kids used the hot tub to hang out. Only thing that is does need is more outdoor lighting when coming in. "

"Where do I start?! What a peaceful and perfect weekend. I would do this 365 days a year if I could. What a great spot, immersed in nature. The first night we had a bonfire- we saw 3 planets and plenty of stars in the night sky. Both mornings were spent bird watching- there are so many!!!! What great placement for the feeders. We loved all of the movies, the kitchen, and just how cozy and peaceful ever second was. Thank you so much. We miss it already!"

The house was nice and warm despite the cold and snowy weather. One thing to note is that the bedrooms have low ceilings, so people who are tall should be aware. "

"The atmosphere is amazing. There is only AC in 1 room in the entire home. All bedrooms are on one floor and you must walk through one to get to the others. As well the bathroom in the downstairs has carpet ( know personal preference but YUCK) Could definitely use some updating. "

"My family loved the history and charm of Victorian Orchard. We we so pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for the holidays complete with a decorated tree and Christmas music playing! We even had a white Christmas as it snowed the first few days we were there. We had plenty of room for all the family who planned to stay. We hiked, visited Ft. Necessity and Braddocks grave, Kentuck Knob, Cucumber Falls and other beautiful vistas in Ohiopyle. Was a perfect Christmas! "

"This is the cutest property, and the location is perfect! It’s right between a winery and a distillery. There are also food choices within walking distance. The hot tub and fire pit are icing on the cake. (The chairs by the fire pit need to be cleaned, but it’s a small detail that’s easily fixed). We will definitely be back!!!"
