"The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good."

"A wonderful location in a lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of great places to eat and drink. A very nice neighbourhood to walk around and has a lovely atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the roof terrace is a great place to start your day with a coffee. Rooms are basic but clean and overall this offers very good value for money. Would highly recommend. "

"Our experience at Casa Jacinta was wonderful. It is lovely and lovingly maintained. Sarah's breakfast were a wonderful start of the day. Staff members Emiliano and Felipe were great communicators and assisters. The location is the great. Highly recommended."

"This was really more like an AirBnB than a hotel, except without the cleaning fees and service charges. It’s not “really” a hotel. There’s no sign or lobby (to speak of), you check-in via a lockbox, and there was no daily room cleaning. Our room (#C) was large with full appliances, great TV with Netflix and Roku, but it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. And there’s no A/C. The building is old, but charming, and faces a very nice park with cool drinking and dining places all around. ...

"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"We loved Condesa House! We had a spacious room with a large kitchen. The design and art are fascinating and gorgeous. We had plenty of space in our own apartment, but it was nice to also have access to the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. Moreover, the location is terrific: lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes, and bakeries nearby. "

"Estuve por una un día y una noche y me fascinó el lugar muy amigable, limpio y lo más importante el silencio y mucho respecto de parte de todos y el dueño o manejador… Se respira una tranquilidad, y la seguridad, por dentro es buena.
