"The hotel and service was great. We had a beautiful view of the Coatepeque lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in hotel was very delicious and authentic. The only downside is there is only one main road to access the hotel and the road is in very pour conditions. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. "

"The staff was very kind and accommodative. I arrived a day earlier and they were willing to reschedule my cabin at no extra charge. Make sure to program gps while at San Ignacio, data is flaky in the mountains. Also lear how to descend in compression or 4WL to avoid break overheating, other than, fantastic and beautiful adventure, highly recommend. Thanks to the staff, wiil be back"
