"From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "Lovely, spacious home with basic essentials. While there is no AC there are fans provided. I slept in the Downstairs bedroom and it did not get too hot. I really appreciated the quick communication. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and quite cute. Would stay again. "

"It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. I will rent it again in the future."

"The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. I think the process could be updated a little bit with maybe a secure Dropbox & a code sent to the renter or something like that. The weather in Santa Ana is very nice but I would have liked if...
