Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. "Should be a 2 star hotel not 3. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"
