"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. "Ariana was so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating! We arrived there at 11pm and discovered my hubby left his passport on the train.
