"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. The staff was very understanding and stayed late so they could check us in. Host offers many excellent suggestions for local restaurants about half mile away. Check days and hours of operation. Self-pay refreshments in each room. Cute, tiny resident dog.
