"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas...

"Absolutely gorgeous ! Extremely peaceful - fabulous views and the family are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are extremely clean and well presented . It is a gem of a property and feels like it is stuck in a glamorous era of 50/60 s film stars visiting the area which is just stunning . We will be returning ! Just beautiful ! "

"The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each...
