"The manager was very patient and helpful. The property was exactly as described, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Location is very close to the tram line which takes you to any part of the city. Shops and pharmacies are at your door step also which came in handy towards the end of my stay. Overall you cannot go wrong here and I’d be more than happy to return again in the future. "

"The Navigli suites are not well-signposted from the outside and we weren't sure of the entrance location at first and phoned the manager who came and met us at a door. He was very cheerful, an excellent English speaker and he gave us lots of advice. The room was very clean, large, with a big firm comfortable bed, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two hobs, coffee percolator), powerful ensuite shower, bidet and toilet. There were just enough plates, glasses and cutlery to get by but I'm sure we could...

"The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel...

"Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location."

"It was a little confusing to find. Once inside it was better than expected. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathrooms and a loft bedroom upstairs. There was also a small kitchenette and a large couch that could easily accommodate 2 people. Over all wonderful flat once you locate it! "
