"We were very pleased with the accommodations and property overall. We look forward to booking this location again!! The hot tub was supposed to have been drained and cleaned, but it did not appear to have been as it as debris/grit in bottom of tub and was cloudy in appearance. The host was very helpful and accomidating."

"Fantastic!! 5 Star! Fully loaded 1500sq Ft house in the woods! 30 minutes from Santa Fe. My family loved the place. Martha the ownwer was super nice and very reachable. When we had a risk of a winter storm approaching the moring we left she contacted us and offered help from her family who lived nearby. Most definitely I'd stay here again!!"

"Excellent location in Cerrillos, close to State Park hikes, horseback riding and a few miles from Madrid; where the quaint shops and people are amazing! Rich and Sara were beyond excellent hosts and we took their recommendations for eateries and sites; namely the Beer Creek Brewing Company (excellent beer and pizza - highly recommend), The Blackbird Saloon (fresh twists to classic favorites and drinks) and in Madrid, Refinery 14 that has a wonderfully unique breakfast selection. "We loved visiting Santa Fe. This house was a great location for all the spots we wanted to visit. The host was very responsive to a message asking about us getting there a little early. The bedrooms however didn’t work for 7 elderly women. The bunk bedroom would work better for children. Also the living room seating wasn’t enough for 7 adults. In general the space wasn’t roomy enough for our group. "

Pleasantly Surprised

"Had stayed here a few years back and was not impressed but needed a relatively cheap room recently and this one was about the best option location wise and I couldn't have been happier with the updates they've made. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. Ended up staying a second night because everything was great!"

Clean room and a nice breakfast

"Second time I stayed at this property, a year apart. I wished I recalled having an adjoining door with next door unit, as that same situation occured on this trip. Both times neighbors were talking or watching TV as I was trying to lay down. The room was very clean and planety of hot water to soak in after trekking around the Plaza at night in November. Breakfast also very good. Recommend this property also in case someone interested in walking to the Plaza, which I did on both visits. "

"Beds, towels and scent of the room were great. Breakfast was poor. Sorry to say that. Laundry room doesnt have detergent and sheet to buy also only takes quarters. One big issue was building has outside elevator. When i was in the laundry room on the 3rd floor old man came in with no shoes and dirty hair looks like homeless. Anybody can come in cause unlucked door and direct access from outside."
