"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Collemandina. The property was in excellent condition and Leonardo was very helpful with the check in process and also when we didn't have any hot water. The location is very picturesque and quiet. The only downside is that it is a little isolated. There is a restaurant near the property but it is probably a 20 minute walk up steep roads. We were very reliant on using the car to get everywhere when ideally there would be some amenities a little bit closer."

It was exactly as described and the host Mario was wonderful- made himself available to answer any questions we had. Wi-Fi, parking and the 3/3 bed/bath was exactly what we needed. "The town of Guiglia is great for anyone wants to explore Emilia Romagna by car but avoid actually staying in the larger towns of Modena or Bologna. We had a variety of experiences in Castelvetro, Modena, and other surrounding towns, and all were fairly easy to access from Guiglia. "Wir sind eine Gruppe von sechs erwachsenen Personen und waren eine Woche in Monchio delle Olle. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Carla ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie begrüßte uns mit leckerem Käse und Wein (was uns nach der anstrengenden und zeitaufwendigen Anreise sehr willkommen war), führte uns durch das schöne Anwesen, erklärte uns die lokalen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Gastronomie in der Umgebung.
