"Anyone who gives this hotel a bad rating is incapable of being pleased. The location alone is breathtaking, the views indescribable and the service impeccable. I don’t care the air conditioning wasn’t that great as I’ve heard some complain about. The restaurant was a fine dining experience and the wait staff so attentive. We spent five nights here and hated to depart to our next destination. I would recommend if you stay here to take advantage of the grand Terme Sirimone Thermal Spa just a short walk away. If possible I’d spend a day here indulging in the services, facilities and amazing thermal spa. "

"Excellent quality and value We have stayed here twice now the breakfast is fantastic, indoor pool and spa are lovely. Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍"

"It is such a fun, family-friendly place. The staff is always wonderful and helpful!! Walking to town is so easy and beautiful. The walk to town is lake and marina - side. So fun and laid back. Simple and sweet."
