Am Pool lagen bei Ankunft noch Essenreste und vergammeltes Obst von den Vormietern(?) herum - auch das haben wir dann entfernt - weil ekelhaft. 4. Überall stand: Bitte die Polsterauflagen immer zurück in die dafür vorgesehen Box...

"Das Haus selbst ist ein sehr schönes Objekt, ideal für ca. 6 Personen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und man sitzt super auf der Terrasse. Auf mehrere Balkonen kann man den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Vom Standort aus lassen sich viele Ziele am Gardasee erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Ressortleitung war gut, die Begrüßung sehr nett. Anna war jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Im Haus gibt es sehr viele Mängel. Es war nicht wirklich gut gereinigt, deswegen wollten wir Staub...

"We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "This hotel had an amazing atmosphere and a great location to old town. The hotel itself is magnificent with a lot of options and beautiful location. The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. The vent was actually pushing out hot air. They have notices to avoid having windows open because of bugs but our choice was essentially bugs or melt. Aside from this, it was a beautiful hotel, all staff were very friendly, and the location is the best for views and walkability to the top views. Highly recommend but maybe ask for a fan in your room at night. "
