"The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere in town. As americans we had some difficulty finding the parking spot..those are places people from the midwest don't think are places we can drive! But we were greatful to have a designated spot for our trips to the chateaus."

Appreciated having comfy beds and bathrooms with enough towels. A few stairs to get to up to the apartment but results in a good view of the river. Being at the hub to the bridge is convenient. "This is a lovely apartment, run by Johanna who is a very lovely host, with a lovely family. We stay 2 weeks of a heat wave, and enjoyed mixing the garden and swimming pool for several days. If it were cooler, then the indoor swimming pool is also perfect, together with hot tub. The property sits in beautiful wine country, a short journey from the River Cher where bicycles and kayaks can be hired.
