"This hotel surprised me. I am an interior designer from the states so I have high standards for interiors but had intended on staying at this property out of convenience. I booked it last minute due to its proximity to the train station and port. The lobby is tastefully done, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in recommending dinner options. Check in process was a breeze and I was very pleased with the room accommodations, size, and bathroom. It’s not in the greatest area of town but I did feel safe walking to grab a bite to eat. Would stay again for this same intended purpose. "

"The staff are very helpful and all spoke English. View is amazing as is sunset. As we were there in shoulder season not all local restaurants open but hotel restaurant was lovely."

"Fantastic hotel with parking at €15 a night. About 20 minutes walk to the square of Sorrento. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The camera plus room was spacious and modern, great rainfall shower, we were very impressed that the TV had YouTube and Netflix. Safe was included without any extra charge. If there’s something that could have been better, a small table on the balcony, slippers and gowns would be great additions to make the hotel experience 100%. "

"Hotel location is amazing, hotel staffs are wonderful especially those staffs that are working on breakfast time, very friendly and she remembers what kind of coffee I drink, no word to explain the breakfast view, amazing, you can see castle and port when you are having breakfast, wonderful stay"

"Great access to public transport, clean, quiet, knowledgeable staff. Only downside is the steps in the lobby to reach the elevators. "

"It was an American property done in Italian style. It was convenient to our activities and easy to get taxis from. The food was very good."
