"The appartment is lovely, very clean and everything you need. It also has a great garden. Patrick who welcomes you is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Negatives are the you have to chase the host for information, They said they could arrange transfers and when i chased to tell them our flight times, they then said they could no longer supply transfers due to car issues. "After spending the last 20 years coming to The VDL with my husband, this was my first solo trip since losing him, so a big step! But, I feel SO very lucky to have stumbled across this little villa whilst I was searching. Its exactly in the location I wanted - a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and is the perfect size for a solo visit or couple. "While this is a good location, the property and manager were incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, the lockbox was not labeled with the code given by the manager. Eventually, we found it, but the key was NOT in the lockbox. The manager did not answer his phone. Someone else who had a property found the key for us. There was NO wifi. We tried several times to contact the manager, but he never fixed this. The water went out the first day, so we could not take a shower. The property said it...

"My family and I had the best holiday staying in this villa. The property is a really good size and it was a bonus having a lovely private pool in the garden, It is within walking distance of the beach, super market and lots of restaurants and bars. Louis was very friendly and helpful and we look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with"

"The house is in an excellent location for walking to the beach, restaurants and other sights in Albufeira. The rooftop patio was an unexpected surprise and we used it regularly. It just needs some seating and other amenities. The responsiveness of the host team could be better, and there were several items that were broken, or not clean, that we had to bring to the team's attention. Hopefully these will all be addressed for future guests."

"We had a fantastic stay at Sonias lovely abode. She was a very welcoming host. My children enjoyed the lovely pool and is a beautiful villa. Bigger and much nicer than I had expected ❤️ Perfect for the 3 nights we stayed and plenty to do nearby but you would need a car to get anywhere!"

No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable.
