Yes it's a hill and it is steep but the resort gets you close to the village. There is another road in less steep than the main option if this is your problem. But hey it's once or twice a day and taxi's come to the resort for further a field travel."

When challenging this with the breakfast staff they continually refused to let us speak to reception and they claimed not to understand English or acknowledge the shown booking from Expedia and the card machine was continually shoved under our noses aggressively. "The location is ideal and walkable to the Old City, Municipal Market, boat tours and many excellent restaurants including Hotel Faro rooftop bar and restaurant. The apartment has a sunny deck overlooking the train stations (noise not an issue) and out to the sea. It s spacious, bright and well equipped. Wash may be hung outside and fry in a day."
