"Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary....

"We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! First few days we were preparing for the symbolic wedding which we did on the 4th day of our stay. "This house and adjacent apartment was perfect for a larger group. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The property was lovely and has a spectacular pool. A few things to note. The house name is not a location on a map and if you use an app like Google then you must use the name on the wall outside the property. The hot water takes a very long time to get to the upper floor shower and it’s almost impossible to fill a hot bath. That’s to be expected in a house of this age and it’s well...

"Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."

"We had a very happy stay at this house in the country with our two friends. It is ideally located within an hour’s drive of interesting sites and historic towns. The place and its surroundings allowed us a restful and pleasant respite from our busier daytrips. The house was comfortable, beds were very good and the garden provided a peaceful setting with a choice of sitting and lounging areas. Louise was lovely, an excellent hostess who responded quickly to our questions and needs. "

"We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Our Villa had an old world charm that was just what we wanted while staying in Tuscany! The view was AMAZING! Our host was so responsive and gave us a private tour of his Cortona. We took advantage of the hot tub and the private bath that was set up with candles and champagne! Another recommendation would be to have dinner with Luka.( our host) in his home. The food was traditionally prepared and amazing. Overall an wonderful stay!!"

The wine is very good that they make. the home was very special the views spectacular we loved watching the baby boars come in for their apples. "A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories."

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...
