"We could not have asked for a better property, location, or host! Stefano greeted us at the train station and helped us get settle in - we felt at home from the minute we arrived! There was a fire going, wine available and the atmosphere was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice - it is even more impressive and spectacular in person. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our host and the city of Arezzo - both are gems. From the quaint bakery across the street where we enjoyed a cappuccino and pastries every morning, to the history awaiting around every corning, our visit exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return to this fabulous property and charming city! As for hosts...Stefano and his dog Spritz, five stars does not seem to be enough. We are already looking for a time to return!!"

"This friendly little hotel is one floor of an apartment building. Easy to miss, no big sign out front but go by the address number and find the hotel name on the buzzer.Easy walk to trains and all the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Basic double room with twin beds and clean private bathroom. Continental breakfast has many choices including fresh pastries, yogurt ham and cheese. We had a nice little balcony with a view over city to hills. Affordable, simple B&B run by nice people. "

"Hotel is a true Borgo style with very friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and nicely furnished. Though they g do not offer coffee making facilities on the room all other tea making facilities are available on room. Beautiful dining and breakfast area with extensive views. Wait staff are friendly and provide excellent service - restaurant food of a high standard and incredibly well priced for such a property. Only drawback is parking which is a walk up/down slight slope but it’s Italy!! Already have friends booking it! "

"Room was cozy, easy access, free parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. We had late night arrival and leafy early. Only thing in negative side was the fetter pillows. First time ever in my hotel night, me being allergic, wish I did have a choice. "

"Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. The house was like a story book. The garden was so lovely, we spent an afternoon eating and sharing a bottle of wine. We were here in November and the weather was very mild compared to Chicago winters. Most of the stores and restaurants were open with far less people. We weren’t really here to see anything, we were only here to be. We rented a car and drove here from Venice. We easily parked in a free lot before we entered the town. The uphill hike was funny and an adventure for us. We did our laundry and I happily hung it from the lines out the window (no dryer). I would stay in this home if you are looking for something relaxing and authentic. It is easily walkable to everything in this enchanting town. We moved on and enjoyed the rest of our trip, but under different circumstances, my wife and I could’ve stayed much longer. There was more than enough room for our entire family. The house was charming and well equipped. "
