"The sheets smelled terrible in one of the bedrooms, like they were not changed after previous guests. Disgusting , we realized too late and didn’t get to mention to the hotel staff. We slept without the sheet since it was unbearable to use the one provided. Too bad as I thought I finally found the hotel that I would be going back to."

"Very nice and immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy i did not wanna get up 😊😊 sofa bed however wasn't too comfy for my 2 teenagers. You can see the Palace of Culture and Science from the balcony. Lovely touch is having a night guard in a building downstairs. Lovely restaurants nearby. Great late night supermarkets round a corner. Honestly i will definitely happily come back to this apartment. Thank you very much. 10 out of 5 ❤️"

"Apartment was not equipped as described in the booking process. Reception ignored my sms and calls when I wanted to inform them. Very noisy and lots of homeless people hanging out outside the building Lots of drunk young people screaming late in the night in the area. "

"This was a great location for us to stay after a stadium concert, as the stadium was within walking distance. While the outside of the building definitely has the appearance of the Soviet-era (built in 1967), the room had been updated recently and was nicer than many hotels I've stayed at in the United States. Breakfast was terrific and we also enjoyed time at restaurants and bars by the Vistula river, a short walk away. It was great! "

"Really lovely stay - booked this hotel by mistake but had no regrets about the mistake. Executive room is clean, large and decor is urban style. Cleaning staff are fantastic. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Some of the reception staff are helpful. Massive thanks to Maia on reception who was friendly and helpful. Also recommend the shop with no name around the corner where the lady is so friendly and smiley"
